We’re excited to share some big news—our company is evolving! After nearly a decade of growth and transformation, we are pleased to announce that we are officially Elevated Collective. This change reflects our expanded vision and commitment to delivering impactful business solutions in addition to our DEI and health equity offerings.
It would be disingenuous not to acknowledge that the climate shaped by the new administration has accelerated changes in both our programming and our business—prompting us to rethink how we show up in the marketplace and what we offer.
However, this evolution has always been a part of our long-term plan. When I launched Elevate for Her 10 years ago, my goal was to provide professional development for emerging women leaders. From the outset, we planned to scale the breadth and depth of our offerings, and our DEI work has been just one facet of our broader mission. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with DEI and health equity thought leaders like Dr. Lisa Coleman (previously with Harvard) and Pamela Abner (currently with Columbia) to support respected organizations, including Siemens Energy, PetSmart, Homeland Security, and the CDC through our work.
For the past few years, we expanded our offerings to include e-learning solutions for clients like CVS and leadership development training for leaders at Siemens Energy and Zapier. These experiences have naturally led us to broaden our approach, incorporating coaching, e-learning courses, and expanded professional development offerings.
The new name, Elevated Collective, represents our ongoing commitment to collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity in all areas of professional development. We invite you to explore our new website, ElevatedCollective.com, to check out our expanded services.
We also invite you to join us for our new Elevated Expert Insights Webinar series (offered on a gratis basis!), where we'll cover topics such as Conflict Resolution, Managing Difficult Conversations, and Health Equity Strategies for the New Climate.
Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. We look forward to continuing to support your organization. If you have any questions or feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we value your partnership!
